Product Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days after your order has been received.

Estimated delivery times are generally between 5 and 10 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, order volume, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

To track your order, you can access your tracking number by clicking the “View my order” link included in your order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email.

Please note that tracking information usually becomes available within 2 to 4 business days after the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a first confirmation email confirming that your order has been received.

A second email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

We recommend checking your tracking information regularly, as your package may sometimes be held at a local carrier facility or post office without a delivery notice being left at your address.

Package Pickup

If your package is held at a local post office or carrier pickup location, it is your responsibility to collect it within the timeframe provided by the carrier.

If the package is not picked up within the carrier’s holding period, it may be automatically returned to us.

In this case, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours after placing your purchase by contacting us through our contact form.

After this 2-hour window, we may no longer be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed or prepared for shipment.

If your order has already shipped, a refund may only be issued once the full order has been returned to our facility, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all shipping details are accurate before completing the order, including:

  • Full name

  • Street address

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number

  • ZIP code

  • Phone number

  • Delivery instructions, if applicable

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missing information, failed delivery attempt, or failure to pick up the package, additional reshipping fees may apply.
