Overview
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and preferably in its original packaging.
This condition may not apply if the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In that case, please follow the procedure listed under the Exchanges section below.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Sale Items and Final Sale Items
Regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund if they meet the conditions of this policy.
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Return Shipping

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Exchange Processing Time

High-Value Returns
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, intentional damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
